Ben Phillips started making videos on his iPhone at the age of 19 while working in his mum’s shoe shop in Bridgend, Wales. What started as some personal fun quickly became a bigger responsibility as Ben hit one million followers on Vine over the course of a few months. Scouted by Jerome Jarre at just 200,000 followers, Ben looks to him as a mentor on social media. Ben’s Facebook page is now the fastest growing page in the UK and the world.
He has 1.3 million+ followers on Vine, 8.3 million+ likes on Facebook, 243k followers on Twitter, 1.3 million+ subscribers on YouTube and averages 100k+ views per snap on Snapchat.
After travelling the world making content with other Viner’s in late 2014, Ben decided to migrate from Vine to Facebook and brought Elliot on board as his partner in production and prank subject. Ben’s videos prank the residents of Cardiff City and Elliot while entertaining fans world-wide.
Ben's FB stats alone make him as one of the biggest influencers in Europe with 8 million likes and rising. Fast. He has more Facebook fans than Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez Versini, Robbie Williams, Ricky Gervais and Ant and Dec. Ben is also 7 times more popular than Prince Harry. He has also done ads for some of the world’s biggest companies - including Ford, BT, Peugeot, Nokia & Comedy central.
Ben debuted his live cinematic experience, with two sell-out shows at the Vue Cinema in Leicester square this year and is rolling out the tour through the UK, Europe, US, Australia & Asia.
His debut book is being published by Blink this year and he has a sitcom pilot confirmed with a major broadcaster.
